It is time for all elected politicians to govern this EN MASSE.

The top 630 million rich persons are responsible for half of the global CO2 emissions which is 20GT of CO2 emitted in 2021. (this started to get out of hand around 1990). It is time to assign climate liability to them and litigate for compensation so that mitigation is paid for, and luxury emissions are stopped because this amounts to $1,000,000,000,000,000, 1 Quadrillion dollars at $50/T CO2e.
