Easy uncharacteristic combination
1 tsp madagascar curry
Natural honey smoked bacon or thick ham slices- preferealy organic
bacon fact with a TBSP of coconut
Pre cook rice
fry acon and boil brussel sprouts,
Toss the rice with thecurry powder, the fat from the pan, then add the bacon and brussel sprouts.
Gluten free “therapeutic” garlic toast:
chop for this serving shown, three garlic cloves
Preheat oven to 350C
Spread coconut oil, garlic, chilies
Toast until the garlic is consistently browned
Remove from oven, add honey or stevia over the top if desired.
