Bacon madagascar curry

Easy uncharacteristic combination

White rice

1 tsp madagascar curry

Natural honey smoked bacon or thick ham slices- prefereably organic

bacon fat with a TBSP of coconut


Pre cook rice

fry bacon and boil brussel sprouts,

Toss the rice with the curry powder, the fat from the pan, then add the bacon and brussel sprouts.

Side Dish:

Gluten free “therapeutic” garlic toast:

chop for this serving shown, three garlic cloves

Preheat oven to 350C

Spread coconut oil, garlic, chilies

Toast until the garlic is consistently browned

Remove from oven, add honey or stevia over the top if desired.
